  Phoenix Vaughn
  Co-Founder / CEO
Phoenix is a filmmaker and writer, having recently produced the indie feature film 1-800-HOT-NITE, which was featured in the world renown Deauville American Film Festival and was released domestically by Quiver Distribution. Phoenix also produced the indie feature Low Low, released by Gravitas Ventures. He has also served as director, writer, producer and editor on multiple short films, including a high-budget proof-of-concept short titled The Girl in the Cellar. Additionally, Phoenix has produced over thirty-five high-concept music videos in the past five years, with production budgets ranging up to $750,000.

  Victor Boc
  Co-Founder / President
Victor is a bestselling author and seminar creator for events across North America and Europe. He is also a top-rated radio talk-show host of nationally syndicated programs, awarded a place among “The Most Important Talk-Show Hosts in America” by Talkers Magazine. Other awards include the Associated Press awards for Best Commentary and Best Talk Host. He is also a world-class professional poker player, having won numerous tournaments and compted in the World Series of Poker. His experience in the film industry includes work as a writer, producer, editor, production designer, digital technician, composer and sound-design artist.

  Ashley Haines
  Development Executive
Ashley has been working in the entertainment industry for more than a decade. She currently assists actress/producer Andrea Riseborough and has been on projects such as Waco, Black Mirror, Burden, Possessor, Zero Zero Zero, and The Kindness of Strangers. In addition to her producing duties at Sight House Films, she also works with the production company Mother Sucker Films, which produced recent Sundance-winner Nancy. Prior to working in the film industry, Ashley was co-owner of a music-event production company that created and managed large-scale concerts and festivals in the Pacific Northwest.

  Ruth Devereaux

Ruth has always been extremely passionate when it comes to the entertainment industry, originally moving to Los Angeles to pursue a career in acting. She soon realized that her passion lay in the creative storytelling done behind the camera. This led her to a career at top studios (such as CBS and Sony), where her roles included Business Affairs, Publicity and Event Planning. She has worked on major box-office hits such as Ghostbusters, Jumanji, Men in Black International and Charlie’s Angels. In addition to her major-studio work, she recently produced the indie feature film Low Low, released by Gravitas Ventures.
